Dear Bates Family,
I thought you might like a picture of Elder Bates on a beautiful Washington afternoon. They had just been tracting in the rain (liquid sunshine) when I took these pictures about an hour ago.
He and Elder Cashin seem to be doing very well together and working hard. It's nice when we have good missionaries in our ward and these two are great.
